Returns and Returns Policy

Sales made through our website are sales subject to the Law on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts and apply the provisions of this law-regulation.

*You can request a return or exchange of your product, labeled, undamaged and unused, by sending it to us via the contact number on our website within 14 days from the day we receive it. When the product reaches us, it will be checked and returned via your preferred communication channel.

*Return must be made within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date of the purchased product, keeping the original, unused and undamaged.

*Return requests are not accepted in case of use, destruction, removal of labels or damage to the products.

*If the purchased product is in vacuum packaging, it must be returned within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date, without the packaging being opened, destroyed, spoiled and the product not used.

*Accessory, swimwear, bikini and underwear products purchased cannot be returned or exchanged as they do not comply with health and hygiene rules in accordance with consumer rights distance sales contract. According to Article 4 of the Law on the Protection of Consumers, “Products that are contrary to the qualifications included in promotions, advertisements and advertisements or that are different in terms of their intended use are considered as defective goods.

Before the product can be sent back, your return request must be sent to us via the communication channel you have chosen from your account. Our company is not responsible for the shipments made without creating a preliminary request for the return application.


In product exchange transactions, if you have a problem you are experiencing by sending a change request via the communication channel that you will reach through our website, it is obligatory to convey a different reason for change and the product you want to change.
